About Us
How Jam Up came to be.
I started in the oil field after high school. Working in the oil field has a lot of pros and cons, but one thing you learn how to do is adapt to change and overcome obstacles on the fly. The name “Jam Up” in Jam Up Marketing is an old oilfield phrase. “Jam up” is a phrase used to describe someone hardworking, dependable, and able to get the job done regardless of the situation. After fourteen years in the oil field, I realized the oilfield wasn’t my true passion.
I’ve always been a critical thinker and always felt the urge to help someone solve problems. Two things that stuck out to me were enjoying photography/videography and assisting people with troubleshooting ideas to help their businesses. In 2017 I started to research search engine optimization and, over time, learned what I could do to help my wife’s business. Today my wife’s place is very successful as she cannot take on any new customers. I realized that what I’m passionate about is helping people and their businesses. So in February of 2019, I decided to take a leap of faith and do what I’m passionate about, which is helping people and their businesses. And so, Jam Up Marketing began.
Our 6 Step Process

Analyze
First, we need to know what makes your business tick. Every business is unique with different driving forces. We need to understand what your goals are so we can develop a strategic plan of action.

Organize
After we understand your business, we will prioritize your goals and come up with a strategy that will cater to each one. Let’s get creative; we are here to help.

Research
Then, we will research the goals prioritized that we have organized. We look at several measurements to help us make educated decisions with your business.

Strategy
Next, we work on a strategic plan of action with the information found from the research. It’s hard to predict what will work without any testing accurately, our research will give us a good starting point.

Deploy
Next, we deploy our strategic plan of action and collect the data as it comes into us. Based on measurements taken, we can adjust quickly to optimize our strategy.

Measure
After the data comes back, we go over the numbers and look at what the data tells us. We then repeat the process back to step 4 through 6. This method allows us to optimize our service to our partner continually.
